The Story
2016 was a banner year for a group of female leaders in the skilled nursing and healthcare arena. They formed the Geriatric Juggernauts running group and ran a 200-mile relay race as the only all-women team.
The adventures, camaraderie, and lessons—professional and personal—continue, and we'd like to share our Lessons from the Trail.

Being rerouted & getting "lost" on a trail run is a lot like being diverted by a pressing new issue at work. You can choose to grumble about the extra miles, or you can figure out how to work together to climb a fence to get back on track and laugh about it later.
The lesson? Discomfort is temporary, finding a solution is lasting.
